Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Technology Gadgets Store. We want you to be completely satisfied with your new tech gear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a successful return and full refund, your electronic item or gadget must meet the following strict criteria:
- The item must be unused, in the same pristine condition that you received it, and free from any signs of physical wear, scratches, or cosmetic damage.
- The item must be in its original factory packaging, including all original boxes, internal plastic wrapping, custom padding, and inserts.
- All original accessories, power cords, adapters, remote controls, user manuals, and warranty documentation must be included inside the box.
- Any promotional bonus items or gifts that came with the product must also be returned.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Software downloads, digital keys, or unsealed media items.
- Gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return?
Please follow these steps to ensure your return is processed smoothly:
- Contact Us: Send an email to support@technologygadgetsstore.com with your full name, order number, and the specific reason for the return.
- Review & Authorization: Our support team will review your request within 24–48 business hours. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the exact return shipping address.
- Pack Safely: Securely pack the item in its original box, and place it inside a sturdy outer shipping box to prevent transit damage. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Mail the package to the provided address using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Trackable Shipping: Because technology items are high-value goods, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee or assume liability if a return package is lost or damaged by the carrier during transit back to our facility.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives broken, defective out of the box, or if you received the wrong product entirely:
- Contact us at support@technologygadgetsstore.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please include clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect or damage, along with photos of the shipping box.
- Once verified, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label and arrange a replacement unit or a full refund at absolutely no extra cost to you.
Inspection and Processing Time
- Once your return package is received at our warehouse, our technical team will inspect the item to verify that it meets the eligibility requirements stated in Section 1.
- We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If Approved: Your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal).
Delayed or Missing Refunds
Standard banking processing times apply once a refund is approved:
- While we release the funds instantly, it typically takes 3 to 7 business days for financial institutions to clear the credit onto your statement.
- If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it often takes time before a refund is officially posted.
